A Pet Loss Mentor is partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal growth. It is designed to facilitate the understanding of and interpretation of the individuals (client) personal grief process and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving desired goals.

Client chooses number a sessions desired and can add on throughout the contracted relationship while maintaining the multi session discount.

Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the mentor relationship and his/her mentor calls and interactions with the Mentor. As such, the Client agrees that the Mentor is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Mentor. Client understands coaching and mentoring is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

Client further acknowledges that he/she may terminate or discontinue the mentor relationship at any time.

The time of the meetings and/or location will be determined by Mentor and Client based on a mutually agreed upon time and communicated via email. The Mentor will initiate all scheduled calls/virtual sessions and share the link with Client prior to each session. If the Mentor will be at any other number/link for a scheduled call, Client will be notified prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Mentor 12 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings. Mentor reserves the right to bill Client for a missed meeting. Mentor will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting.

Either the Client or the Mentor may terminate this Agreement at any time with 2 weeks written notice. Client agrees to compensate the Mentor for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the Mentor relationship. A refund will be refunded to Client of any unused sessions or the paid sessions may be gifted to another Pet Parent experiencing loss upon another signed agreement with all parties.
